Acknowlegements

On Saturday the 29th March 2025, Octane Racing car 17, drivers Mark Buttigieg and Brett Gray took part in the Puttinu 8 Hour Charity Endurance Le Mans. The event was more than just a race; it was a remarkable effort to support a noble cause. The Puttinu 8 Hour Charity Endurance Le Mans was organized to raise funds for the Puttinu Cares Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping patients and families undergoing serious medical treatments. Drivers, teams, and fans came together in a show of solidarity, making the event not only a thrilling motorsport spectacle but also a heartfelt demonstration of community spirit and compassion.

 

On Saturday the 29th March 2025, Octane Racing car 18, drivers Chris J Golden and Simon Tervo4 took part in the Puttinu 8 Hour Charity Endurance Le Mans.

Each driver paid an entry fee with all proceeds going to the Puttinu Children's Charity. Chris also made an additional donation of $100 Euros which enabled WPR to reach their goal of raising $1000 Euros for the Charity. It was a fantastic race to be involved in.

Beyond the race itself, the event also served as a platform to bring awareness to the critical work done by the Puttinu Children's Charity. Drivers, teams, and fans came together not just to celebrate motorsport, but to support children and families facing challenging medical circumstances. The atmosphere was one of camaraderie and shared purpose, with moments of reflection on how collective efforts can make a meaningful impact on those in need.
